Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. Our bounce house and tables/chairs are perfect for: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Our FREE delivery radius is 35 miles. However, we can deliver up to 45 miles from Eminence, MO. If you're beyond that, we may still be able to work something out!

Yes, our bookings require a 25% deposit (We refer to this as the "Initial Payment"). This deposit will be applied to your rental cost. This in nonrefundable, but is transferable in the event you need to reschedule.

You may use cash, card, or any of the methods accepted through our Stripe system.

You may book your rentals with just a 25% deposit. However, the full amount of the rental is required 7 days before the Event Date.

Yes! Many of our items require box-trailer delivery. We deliver FREE locally (35 mile radius of Eminence, MO). Additional delivery cost applies to events outside that area (calculated per mile).

Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

You may forfeit your damage deposit if our units are punctured, stained, or have other damage. You may also forfeit the deposit for items if excessive cleaning is required due to violation of rules. For minor damage, it may be possible to refund partial deposit or have the customer pay for repairs out of pocket. We will work together and on a case-by-case basis...a lot can happen!

Some items allow for self pick-up. Others require box trailer delivery. If you have your own box trailer, we may take that into consideration--but we have the right to deny/approve pickup methods as we see fit. Our large inflatables do not allow for customer setup and pickup.

Yes, starting in 2024, RRIA is insured for liability for your parties that include our inflatables and other rides. This means we can now service school, church, city, and corporate events. Your birthday parties are covered too. :)

Yes! To keep you and your children safe, we need to have our trained crew set up/take down the bounce house. Good news: Setup/takedown is included in the price already. It's one less thing you can worry about

No worries! We have a generator available for rent. This can be added to your bounce house quote.

Setup: Inflatables can be set up on grass, concrete, or asphalt. Inflatables may also be used indoors. Hills or slight inclines in the setup area should be a maximum of 5 degrees. Gates and walkways must be a minimum of 3.5 feet wide for all inflatables.
7.1. Site Preparation:
7..1.1 The customer must make sure the setup area is ready (i.e. lawns mowed, vehicles/obstacles out of the way, animal feces removed, setup location cleared) before the driver is scheduled to arrive. If the setup area is not ready or accessible when the driver arrives, or if rented products cannot be moved directly to the area (extra handling involved) the customer may be charged an additional delivery fee. If the setup area is not prepared, the driver might be forced to leave and/or reschedule your delivery at a later time, in which case a delivery fee will be applied.
RRIA is not responsible for damages, alterations, or cosmetic changes to surface areas caused by our rented products setup for any amount of time. Inflatables may ruin grass or turf. If there is a concern about the setup area being damaged or altered, please choose a cement setup area as a setup location.
7.1.2. Underground Utilities:
The customer assumes responsibility for any damage to underground utilities, landscaping, water lines resulting from product setup. RRIA does not assume responsibility for utilities damaged by installation. Please be ready to inform the driver of the existence of any underground utilities (i.e. sprinkler systems, phone lines, gas lines, septic system, etc.), that may interfere with the ability to stake and/or anchor products. It is recommended you contact DIG RITE at 8-1-1 or 1-800-DIG-RITE (344-7483) before our arrival to be informed of any underground utilities in your area. RRIA will not be liable for damages to private or city/county property if the customer, or person coordinating on behalf of the customer, does not notify the driver where to or not to anchor the rented products.
7.1.3 Negligence
If the driver is not able to set up the unit because of the customer's negligence to inform of any steps, suitable surface, or access requirements the RRIA will have to cancel the order as "Undeliverable" and a delivery/cancellation fee will be charged. -
You can view the rules in the "Safety" section in our main menu. Unit specific rules will be in the contract you sign! We also post rules outside of each unit.

Nope! We can show up, set up, and leave. We can return for takedown. If your location is over 45 minutes away, it may require us to stay in town due to the distance. If that happens, we will charge an hourly rate for our presence. If you WANT us to staff your event, just let us know in your quote form. We absolutely can! :)

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors.. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags. NO SETUP ON SAND.

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event.
